	Okanagan University College is currently developing a Major and Minor in Women's Studies with core courses in Women's Studies and courses with direct relevance to women in Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Economics, History, and English.
	Queen's University offers 14 core courses and 47 cross-listed courses in Women’s Studies.
	Simon Fraser University now has a number of undergraduate programs including a major and an MA program in Women’s Studies.
	University of Guelph offers a choice of three degree programs in Women’s Studies within the BA program: Women’s Studies Major 4 year Honours; Women’s Studies Minor 4 year Honours; Women’s Studies (area of concentration) 3-year general. The University of Guelph has graduated 207 students from their BA Programme that includes Honours, Major, Minor and a General degree programmer with an area of concentration in Women’s Studies.
	Laurentian University’s Women’s Studies program is unique because it is located in a small Anglican College on the Laurentian campus and has two full time professors who teach only Women’s Studies courses. Laurentian hopes to convert from simply a program to a Department in the fall of this year.
	Along with offering two introductory courses and twenty advanced, non-cross-listed women’s studies courses, the Simone de Beauvoir Institute at Concordia University is also offering a credit-bearing internship program. The advanced courses are taught by their own faculty and not faculty who also have a departmental appointment.

	McMaster University Women’s Studies Program is now under the administration of the Office of Interdisciplinary Studies in the Faculty of Humanities. Students can now graduate with a combined Honours BA or a Minor in Women’s Studies.
	Athabasca University is an open distance university (admission is open to anyone over the age of 18) and the only university in Canada offering an undergraduate degree in Women’s Studies through distance learning.
	Over 5000 students have taken Women’s Studies courses since 1979/80 at the University of Victoria. The department now offers 20 or more undergraduate courses each year with a total annual enrollment of 800 students. There is no graduate program as of yet, but one Women’s Studies course at the graduate level has been offered each year for the past 5-6 years.
	The University of Alberta Women’s Studies Programme now has 5 academic appointments, which are full time, as well as several other faculty.
	Brandon University presently offers 18 courses across seven departments in the Faculty of Arts. There are also cross-listed courses offered from the Faculty of Science and the School of Health Studies which help to make the Program truly interdisciplinary.
	At the University of Waterloo, there are currently four core courses and over 60 Women's Studies Approved courses which are offered by other departments.
	UNB has just graduated someone with an interdisciplinary Master's and Women's Studies is expecting to enrol its first students in such a program this fall.
