FemAid
Contains information on women's organizations world-wide as well as a purely
practical advice on how to get things done. Has sections about children's initiatives
and a "Women and War" part where they collect interesting writings and events on the subject.
Feminist Majority Foundation Online
The Foundation's mission is to create innovative, cutting-edge research,
educational programs and strategies to further women's equality and
empowerment, to reduce violence towards women, to increase the health and
economic well-being of women, and to eliminate discrimination of all kinds.
Their Web site is host to numerous news articles, international women's
campaigns and projects, and a feminist events calendar.
International Information Centre and Archives for the Women's Movement (ENEWA)
Enawa provides daily news, information, a calendar of activities and
background information relating to the situation of women in the world. In
addition to the daily updates of the materials, Enawa collects global information and
articles covering a wide range of subjects surrounding women's lives. They also publish LOVER magazine
National Organization for Women (NOW)
NOW is dedicated to: "take action to bring women into full participation
in the mainstream of American society now, exercising all privileges and
responsibilities thereof in truly equal partnership with men." Their
extensive Web site includes massive amounts of information on key issues
confronting women, how to join NOW, where their chapters are located, their
email action list, and many other topics.
Women in Global Science and Technology Network (WIGSAT)
WIGSAT supports global networking on critical issues in science and
technology for development. This includes women's formal and nonformal
science and technology practices around the world, for policy advocacy and
action which promotes their S&T contributions to sustainable development.

Women in Technology International (WITI)
WITI's goal is to empower its constituents by providing access to people
and content which is relevant to the issues faced by women in technology.

Women's International League for Peace and Freedom
Founded in 1915 to protest the war then raging in Europe, the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom aims to bring together women of different political and philosophical convictions, united in their determination to study and make known and help abolish the political, social, economic and psychological causes of war and to work for a constructive peace.

Working Groups on Girls (WGG)

the right to develop to their full potential. The NGO Working Groups on
Girls (WGGs), formed in 1993, is a group of non-governmental organizations,
associated with UNICEF and the NGO Committee on the Status of Women, based
